SALON POLICIES

Our goal at Halo Salon and ColorLab is to give each client an amazing experience from the moment you walk in the door until you leave loving your new look. If for some reason we fall short in ANY area of your visit, please let us know. You can call the salon directly or email jenna@halocolorlab.com for prompt attention.

SERVICE GUARANTEE
All of our work, with the exception of corrective services, is guaranteed for two weeks. Not quite as light as you were hoping? Want your bangs a little shorter? Please give us a call and allow us to correct the problem. We are happy to redo your color or cut if we fall short, however we do not do regrets. If you asked your stylist to take you from a blonde to a redhead and she did, yet you long for your blonde back, we will charge you to return it to the color you had previous.

CHILD POLICY
We love children. Most of our staff have them as well. Although we do not institute a no child policy, please use your judgement when bringing your children. We will only cut children under 12 of our current clients as a thank you to them. We do not book appointments for kiddos under 12 unless their parent is a current Halo Salon client. If your child is disruptive to the point of impacting other patrons, you may be asked to reschedule your visit. We are not responsible for your childs safety during your appointment. Hot tools, sharp shears, rolling carts, and slippery hair can all cause injury. Please control your little ones.

REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with a product or service, we will happily correct it, provide a replacement product or credit your salon account. We do not provide cash refunds on services or products.

DEPOSITS
Hair Extensions, Keratin Treatments, Special Occasion Services and any other situation deemed necessary by management require a nonrefundable deposit. If you are unable to make your appointment please notify us as soon as possible. Three or more no shows or cancellations without 24 hours notice, will result in future appointments being paid for in advance.

NO SHOW/LATE  CANCELLATION POLICY

Our stylists and colorists are commissioned employees. We value each and every client, and understand that life gets in the way, however please be respectful of our staff’s time and give us a call to let us know.

$20 will be added to the future balance of anyone who calls in less than 24 hours before their appointment for a haircut or blow dry.
For a chemical service it will be $75.
For a no call no show 50% of the service price will be added.

We also may ask for a deposit for any ticket that takes more than 3 hours, is over $350, any special occasion styles or at our discretion. This deposit will go towards your appointment. If the appointment is missed without a call 24 hours prior,  the deposit is forfeited.
